Sit back, relax and let the machine do all the work! Sessions start with nothing but a little salt and regular water. As the array sizzles away, the combinations of all 3 things is believed to help open your pores and draw out years worth of toxins. Most clients report to feel less run down and more energized after a season. Other have reported better mental clarity and better rest at night. Seasons can be done solo or with a friend.
