Return and Refund Policy

We offer refunds for items that are:  Returned within 30 days of delivery.   
In their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags.   
Not custom-made or personalized (e.g., custom-designed jewelry).

The following items are not eligible for refunds:  Custom or personalized jewelry.   
Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.   
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered. 

 How to Request a Refund 

To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@exeterwellnesscenter.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s).  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.   


We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit. 

all items are shipped with insurance, if the product is damaged or not delivered contact your carrier to file your insurance claim

Refund Processing 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
