What is Reiki?
Reiki has been practiced for thousands of years, all around the world. Reiki is a form of energetic healing. That can be performed hands-on but is traditionally practiced, hands-off. This modality is a gentle, relaxing, releasing way to feel a sense of wellness.
People use Reiki for a number of personal and physical reasons. In America, most of our big hospitals have reiki practitioners on staff. It can be healing for those in pain, emotional discomfort, and commonly for those passing on. Reiki has a wide range of benefits, the list goes on and on!
Reiki is often combined with a number of other energetic modalities. Such as (but not limited to) Chakra Clearing/Balancing, Sound Healing, Meditation, Crystal Healing, Yoga, Aura Clearing, etc.
Common Reiki sessions focus on clearing stale or negative energy. Releasing stagnant energy helps us feel less run-down, irritable and can help improve sleep. A general sense of energetic wellbeing can affect your overall health in a substantially positive way.
